Elephant Garlic is milder than normal garlic and can be eaten raw in salads, roasted, or sauteed.
The flavour of home grown garlic is SO much better than imported garlic and it's so good to know just where and how it is grown.
Garlic enjoys rich soil and regular watering so prepare your soil with Sheep pellets before planting and water regularly if this dry spell continues.
